Directions To Pilgrim's Oak
Pilgrim's Oak is little more than an hour's drive from Baltimore, MD or Philadelphia, PA and is a mere 50 minutes from Wilmington, DE. You'll also notice that for the greater portion of your trip, you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful scenery, rolling farmland, and the occasional horse-drawn carriage.
From Philadelphia, PA:
Follow Route 1 South until you reach the last exit in PA which will be the Nottingham exit Route 272 N. Follow 272 N for about 10 miles. At this point turn right unto 272N/222N. The two roads will run together for about 1/2 mile. When the two roads split be sure to bare to the left staying on 272 N. Go 1 and 1/2 miles and turn left onto Pilgrim's Pathway.
From Baltimore, MD:
Follow 95 North through Baltimore. Exit 95N at the Havre De Grace exit. This will be route 155. Turn left onto 155. Follow for about 2 miles. Turn right onto 161. Follow 161 for 5-10 miles until you intersect with route 1. Turn right onto Route 1 North. Cross the Conowingo Dam. Shortly after crossing the Dam turn left onto 222 North. Follow 222 N for about 10 miles. At this point 272 N will join in with 222 N. Stay straight, the two roads will run together for about 1/2 mile. At the fork bare left onto 272 N. Follow 272 N for about 1.5 miles and turn left onto Pilgrim's Pathway.
From Lancaster, PA:
Follow Prince Street South through the city. This will become 222 South/272 South. Follow 222/272 towards the town called Willow Street. In Willow Street stay on 272 South. Follow 272 South for about 15 miles and turn right onto Pilgrim's pathway.
From Harrisburg, PA:
Follow 283 East towards Lancaster . Exit 283 East onto Route 741 East. Follow 741 East for approximately 10-15 miles. Turn right onto 272 South. Follow 272 South for about 15 miles. Turn right onto Pilgrim's Pathway.
From Reading, PA:
Follow 222 South Towards Lancaster . Follow 222 Through Downtown Lancaster . Travel on 222 South for about 3 to 4 miles south of Lancaster City. At this point 222 will bare left. Stay straight onto 272 South. Follow 272 South for approximately 15 miles. Turn right onto Pilgrim's Pathway.
From Reading, PA:
Follow Route 10 South to Route 1. Follow Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. Exit Route 1 at the Nottingham Exit which will be Route 272 North. Follow 272 North for about 10 miles. At this point turn right onto Route 272N/222N. The two roads will run together for about 1/2 mile. When the two roads split be sure to bare to the left staying on 272 N. From York, PA (Close to Route 30):
Follow Route 30 East Towards Lancaster . Exit Route 30 at the Exit for Route 741 East. Follow Route 741 East for approximately 10-15 miles. Turn Right onto 272 South. Follow
272 S for about 15 miles. Turn Right onto Pilgrim's Pathway.
From York, PA (Close to Route 74):
Follow 74 South, until you see signs for 372 East. Turn Left onto 372 East. Follow for about 10 miles until you intersect with Route 272 South. Follow 272 South for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Pilgrim's Pathway.
